  • Roughly how many trucks, and what they haul
  • Who your three or four biggest customers are
  • Which fuel card you use, and whether you have a tank
  • Which telematics system, if any
  • When your next tender or contract renewal falls

None of it is required. It just means the call is 20 minutes instead of 40.

What happens next

If it's a fit, you get a one-page scope and a fixed price the same week. If it isn't — too few trucks, nobody asking yet — we'll say so, and you can call back when a customer sends you a form.
